(LCI) automatically gathers domain names and website usage information regarding visitors to and users of its Internet World Wide Web Site (website), the LendingCycle Service and Application, our other owned websites and web or mobile enabled products. Session Tracking and Cookies

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is downloaded onto a device when a user accesses certain websites. Cookies allow a website to recognize a user's device. Our websites use cookies to distinguish user session (account usage) from other users of our websites. This helps us to provide a productive and personalized experience.

The cookies used by LCI cannot access, read, or modify any other data on your device. They allow us to recognize user session information. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by personalizing navigation. Our cookies also enable us to tailor the content you view according to preferences you set. Web-browsers offer the option to refuse any cookie. If a user refuses our cookie and/or session tracking, LCI does not gather any information on that user, but doing so may restrict use.

We use session cookies for the following purposes:

  • To control access to subscription content
  • To allow use of information across pages of our website
  • To allow access to stored information for future use, such as registration
  • To compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users use our website and to help us improve the structure of our website.

Use of Information

When users access our websites, the information collected by LCI is used for the sole purpose of facilitating their subscription account as authorized, or maintaining or servicing that account, in accordance with the requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

None of the information is shared with third parties unless requested by the users and we do not disclose, sell, rent, or lease our customer lists information. We will disclose your information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the website; (b) protect or defend the rights or property of LCI or the website; or (c) act in exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the website or the public.

Information Gathered

LCI websites will gather information such as what kind of browser visitors are on, what operating system they are using, their IP address, cookie information, time stamp (time page accessed as well as time spent per web page), and their navigation information (for example, which pages they have viewed and how long they have been there). Note that information is only gathered while the visitor is on the website. LCI monitors how a visitor arrives at the website but cannot and will not gather information about other third-party websites the user has visited. LCI automatically receives and records such information on our server logs from your browser.

In certain sections of the website, LCI may invite you to contact us to pose questions, request information, or complete a registration form. We may ask for Personally Identifiable Information to be entered as a means of registration before accessing a certain part of the website. "Personally Identifiable Information" means any information that identifies you personally, including, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, password, login ID and other contact information that you voluntarily submit to us. Visitors to the website can also choose not to enter any of their Personally Identifiable Information.

LCI may also collect Personally Identifiable Information when you use certain LCI solutions, through the use of the website or web pages, or when you enter promotions or contests offered by LCI on and through the website.

Control of Information

If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us at the address above.

Security

LCI secures information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure on offline computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. If it is necessary to transmit personal information, industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted protection is used.

Changes to this Policy

LCI may update this Privacy and Cookies Policy from time to time. If we make any material change to this Policy or in how we use your personally identifiable information, we will prominently post such change prior to implementing it.
